PODS - Billing error

Very beyond frustrated. I have been a customer since dec 2020.

I pay for one POD 189.00/ month until may 2022- when price was increased to 214.60( which is totally fine but that is not the issue).

I have my payment auto drafter from my bank acct monthly of 189.00 however, i have been getting charged on my card ( not on my bill) 214.60 every month in addition to my regular amount. This totals up to more than $1000. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since March 2022. I have tons of long phone calls emails, incident reports etc, and nothing has been done except one charge in April 2022 for 214.60.

Susan at settlements had told me she would make sure everything was corrected and she could see after i sent my bank statements how the billing was being drafted twice each month. Then Mike, another rep told me he saw my card was attached to another POD acct( like paying for someone elses acct and mine) I only have one POD. I will also say the extra charges i have incurred because of these unauthorized charges out of my acct by pods is insane, the enormous amount of time i have spent on the phone, hours, weeks months.. this needs to be considered when refunding me and compensating me for this huge mistake or error by your company.

I will seek legal action of this is not remedied asap. I have been patient, i have been nice, but i am going to lose my ever loving mind.

I want a corporate number or the legal department whoever is the main financial accts receivable- something to call me asap and get this remedied. Thank you.
