Verizon Wireless - Update billing information

The website links weren't working. My credit card had been cancelled and a new one sent to me because of fraud. My Verizon account was attached to the old card. I did NOT receive any notice that the old card wasn't working for them. They just disconnected my account. With the website not working correctly, I had a very difficult time updating the account with my new card information since I could NOT call them. I finally found and old text message and using my home wireless, I was able to make the change that way. Very disappointing!
