Salomon - Worst experience ever
Hi Salomon. Since you've been ignoring me this last week, you owe me 360 euros from two pairs that I bought. One with wrong sized that I returned immediately and an order that you cancelled (but accepted the payment). It's been a month I'm waiting. Youe customer service/logistics is the worst thing I've experienced. Yesterday I waited 40 minutes. Today I'm 30 minutes on the phone and counting. No answering. How can you be such a big brand with such a poor service? Give me my money back!!! Do something. This is embarrassing.i do
