Cant get in my account tell me wrong password It says its going to send me a email password reset can never get it every time I tell it to send again I check my email never see it

I just forgot my password to get in my account not able to get in my account now and when I hit forgot my password it said it was sent me a email password reset and never could get it for some reason

Like I said I signed up for the wrong thing I was trying to give my wife money in jail shes in Troup County which yall dont provide service to and that was the last little bit of money I had so if theres any way you could refund me the money that would be a blessing it was a honest mistake that I made love to hear back from you thank you
