Lyft - Late pick up

I booked 3 days prior, received text saying to be ready @ 8:50am on morning of ride (on schedule) but then immediately received a second text saying a 2nd driver would be arriving in 26 minutes- which would make me late to the airport. When the 2nd driver arrived he had NO idea that another driver had confirmed my ride 3 days prior etc..

This driver was new to AVL & the app had him going a convoluted route to get to my home for p/u. Fortunately I have TSA precheck & had entered passport details for this international flight online I made it to the airport & thru in 45 minutes!!!

I could NOT get thru to LYFT via phone & it was quite frustrating in the moment. LYFT was absolutely NO help.

I pre-booked a Lyft 3 days before my morning pick up. I received a text saying to be ready at a specified time with a particular driver, immediately after I received another text saying the drivers name had changed and that my time has shifted by 26 minutes (later) which was going to be in the after my predetermined time.

Poor driver had no idea that any of that had occurred. then he actually arrive 15 minutes after the latter of my pick up time. I barely made my flight! I attempted to get in touch with customer service of which there is none to be had.

They had already billed me before the driver even showed up. Only message I received from Lyft was at the end/destination oops our badreally!!!???
