Comcast - Service not working

Comcast finally sent someone to my house 8 days after the weather incident damaged my system. My system was repaired on the 9th day.

I canceled my service with Comcast and another service was contracted. I was emailed a list of the items I was to return to Comcast. I brought those items to my local Comcast store front and was told that there was one additional item I would need to return. I showed them the email from Comcast corporate and the person at the Comcast store told me that corporate was wrong and I must returned the additional item or be charged for it.

Co.cast is the worst company I have ever dealt with. End of story.

No service for 5 days had appt today for 1 to 3 PM technician no show no call. I spent 30 min on the phone with someone from another country wanting to troubleshoot my system. My incoming wires and junction box was torn away from my house. The idiot I talked to could not get that through his head. I want my system removed if this is your idea of C S.

User's recommendation: Don't use Xfinity.
