I left my bag in a Uber cab, which was never returned

I left a bag in my uber cab, but the driver did not return it to me even after promising to do so over call. Unfortunately there was no assistance from Uber as well although I'd raised my concern multiple times... The contents of the bag were very valuable to me but due to horrible customer support I couldn't get it back
