They will only pay the depreciated value of the appliance. Deceptive practices.

I have never heard of such. It took 19 days to get a service repair appointment.

I was without a dryer for that long, then SHW wants to pay $125 to replace it. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!

User's recommendation: DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
