Comcast - Invalid charge

When we called initially to add WiFi and a second cable box, we were told explicitly that because my mother has been such a long term loyal customer, you would waive the $100 technician fee. The technicians said they were here to DISCONNECT the cable service. They did not bring a second cable box They would not connect the existing wiring to the second TV. They said they would be charging a technician fee of $100. Please send us a cable box that can connect with WiFi, and do not charge us $100.
