Teezily - Paid for an order but they don't have record of it

I placed an order and my card was charged. Never received a confirmation e mail. E mails sent to customer service were not returned. Called customer service and they claim they have no record of my order. This company is clearly fraudulent. I will call my bank to get the charge reversed and report to the BBB
