You can tell them. It was a 5000 dollar couch. They said they would replace sections if they couldn't fix it. they actually came to my house to examine and I never heard anything from them.

Unfortunately, when you are trying to place an order, placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item is yours. We state in the shopping cart that due to limited quantities, availability of products in your cart is not guaranteed until you finalize your order and are shown an order confirmation. With the movie deals, we typically have several hundred to more than a thousand available throughout the company. Popular movies always go fast so we cannot guarantee that they will be available for long.
We are always working to make sure we avoid technical issues when we have these offers available. Unfortunately, during today's wild web deals there was an unforeseen number of customers on our website at the same time which caused a few glitches to our website. We will work to make sure we correct the issues going forward.
