I have not been contacted by my claim agent nor the service advisor Ive left multiple messages an have not gotten no call back an my car has been at the dealership since November 2021 for recalls which was never completed because of the engine problem which is one of the recalls on the car Im not satisfied with the service Im given

User's recommendation: Great cars!!! But the worst customer service I’ve dealt with about my car an keeping me in the loop I’d go else where to buy a car same company different dealership.
