Verizon Wireless - Horrible customer care. Been on the phone for hours with no clear resolution

Agent misled the phone purchase. It has been over three weeks with no resolution. It is now even difficult just to talk with the agent. Been a verizon customer Over 10 yearsno customer appreciation
