Brooklyn Nets - Issue with two prizes I won from a Nets 12 day giveaway

I won a jet blue voucher and the message said somebody at the Nets would contact but didn't. I also won a $100.00 fanatics gift card but was invalid at the site. After applying on this site, somebody at the Nets contacted me and the voucher was good, I ordered a flight to Texas and it was $650.00 round trip but $0 for me! And the gift card was fixed as well, I couldn't order from the fanatics site just the nets store site. So all was good.

User's recommendation: advise with pissed consumer, they do a job.

Brooklyn Nets - Nets giveaway winner, cannot claim prize

Hello, I won a jetblue voucher from the contest giveaway you guys are having, the email prize said somebody would call me and they haven't. I also won a fanatics give card for $100.00 and I tried to buy something on the site, and the message read gift card invalid. Please advise how to proceed.
