The new website upgrade is horrible, instead of making it more user friendly, they made it worse for daily commuters. Before a commuter was able to book multiple tickets and pay 1 transaction fee, now we can only book 1 round trip, 2 tickets, and pay a transaction fee...

Poor customer service
Change back the website/system to it's predecessor or allow booking multiple tickets in 1 transaction and remove the transaction fee like you used to have it when redeeming rewards
