Verizon Wireless - No customer help. Can't speak to real person

Can't get a hold of a representative for account and phone problems. Kept getting automated service. No good service. The automated service does not give you the option to talk to a customer representative. When you try to call back or look up on the website it just gives you a different number for the same automated system

User's recommendation: Use other carrier.
