United States Stove - Poor customer service

I purchased a product from Us Stove. The money was taken out of my bank account the next day, but never received an email from the company as to the status of my order. After 12 days, I called customer service. It took the representative a while to locate my order and I was told the product was on back order a the time, although the order page did not indicate that. I was then told the product is now in stock. I asked if I would receive an email with the shipping information and tracking number, the rep said I would have to call back next week. When I asked why so long, the rep said to call this coming Friday. Today is Monday. I will never purchase any product from this company again. I couldn't get a simple email to the status of my order, but they had no problem taking my money the day after I submitted my order.
