The brand new shoes that I purchased were just delivered and the top front of them are 2 different colors one is VERY FADED and looks different than the other. These are NOT AS DESCRIBED! I've emailed the seller and they want me to resell the bad product they just sent me on their website. The shoes that are supposed to be brand new and dead stock do not even match! They look nothing like the picture and one shoe is significantly faded as opposed to the other! They look completely different and are NOT AS DESCRIBED! I want my money back and these people are scamming me with this bad product!Sold me shoes that don't matchS

American Airlines - Keep charging my CC for already cancelled WiFi

I bought onboard wifi for a flight in April Order #: 35884****W2AA . I cancelled it on April 23. You keep charging my Credit Card every month. I have emailed you twice called numerous times and you STILL KEEEP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD!!!!!! I canceled this on April 23, 2021. I have done 2 chargebacks for the payments you have charged. I have called in to the WiFi cancellation number listed on your receipt email and no one answers the phone and there is no way to leave my number because when I try to leave a message nothing happens. PLEASE STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD OR I WILL WRITE TO THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL. Order #: 35884****W2AA

No wonder you're not getting this solved karen. This is a 3rd party review site. You doing charge backs because it was too hard for you to read the terms when you activated the wifi account is childish.

If you would read my review you dimwit you'd see that I've emailed them per the contract and called them per the contract numerous times. I've used this website before and had my issues resolved because of it. So who's the Karen now?

I purchased 2 Tempest torches wall mounted with electronic ignition. They have electronic ignition that have never, ever worked properly from day one! People we bought them from went out of business so we get pawned off on new service people who cannot help us either. I should have known better because as I was buying these they were just changing the make on their electronic ignition system per the man I purchased them from. Obviously the make has changed because the ones I got are horrible! NOW I FIND OUT THESE TORCHES HAVE BEEN REDESIGNED TWICE IN THE LAST 2 YEARS SINCE I RECEIVED MINE, OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE A POOR DESIGN!!! We have been sent numerous parts and things to try and make them work correctly from the very beginning and they have never ever worked properly. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER with never working new torches!

Vivid Seats - Bogus heavily obstructed view seats no mention at time of sale!!

Purchased 2 tickets to Hamilton through Vivid Seats in the orchestra section. No mention of obstructed view upon purchase of tickets and there was mention of it on many other tickets that's why I chose these. Upon arrival we are seated behind and to the left, about 10 feet to the left, of a huge tower from floor to ceiling of speakers with the addition of a huge tower of lights sticking out past the huge tower of speakers from the floor to the ceiling as well. Needless to say seeing 10% of the stage was not what anyone has in mind after spending $1200.00 on 2 tickets. At the theater the manager there said that had I purchased the tickets through them they would have listed these as "obstructed view" but unfortunately the event was sold out and there was no where for us to move. I have called in and complained to Vivid seats and am now waiting on them to "investigate the situation". I asked who sold these tickets and why was obstructed view not on the listing wasn't the seller required to disclose this and they informed me that, "They, Vivid seats sold these tickets to me directly." Nice, really upstanding way to do business.
