Lundgren Management Group are the worst ever
Words cannot describe how totally horrible this "company" is. They are out to drain a condominum's reserves dry by charging prices that don't exist on anything that they can. That's how they make money. All the while they are on the board they are trying to run the building like a business to extract profit. EX.1 In the condo building that my friend owned, they charged 30,000 for a front foyer replacement. They removed the nice old doors that opened in up together, and replaced them with a single door - $200 *** door from Home Depot. Presto $30,000! EX.2 In the same building they charged $7500 for a one day "SKIM" Coat concrete repair. They put cement on the side of the concrete stairs. EX.3 My friend had in one MONTH a $1000 condo bill, because she had two small decks less than 5 feet by 5 feet that required less than a gallon of stain. Because she was not allowed to paint them herself she was charged six hundred dollars, three hundred each deck, plus and outrageous fee of $400 per month for a less than 600 square foot unit. Million dollar condos with three times the square feet do not pay such prices!!!!!! They look at basic repairs as a device to maximize profits. They are not interested in collecting condo fees, and sub these out to another company out of state. Simply put, they are the worst, most unprofessional, rudest, management companies ever! They will aggesively drain your condo budget dry with prices that don't exist.
