I wasted time gathering my documents. They sent a false letter of approval. I went to purchase a home and the documents were fake. Amazing, this veteran face when I lost the home I wanted to purchase. When I called them the individual no longer worked there. They never apologized to this veteran. My credit score was high..I qualified for the loan...I lost the home.... My forever home was a never home...Some American DREAM... What person/entity would do this to a disabled veteran? DAMN shame...it was not a NEWDAY for me...

I have a court date with this crook in February 2022. The attorney General Office told me that I have a case.Under the Lemon Law, I had up to 60 days, for repair after purchase. This crook told me to go back where I came from.So I filed a claim...for all repairs I had to get on the car.Thanks

Andy Rahimzadeh lied on the Attorney General office complaint form now I can proceed in Small Claims court in February 22.I gave Andy a chance to fix the problem and he shunned me off with racist remarks. I had a mediator now he has given me sufficient evidence to pursue this in court.JUSTICE will prevail. Consumers really the YELP reviews from these side hustle...

I purchased a vehicle next day red light dashboard and this thief did not want to look at vehicle nor contact me back regarding the vehicle. Andy Rahimzadeh (Andy R) is what he calls himself these days is a con man. He told me to go back where I came from when I wrote a YELP review on him and his business. I hope he says the same in court February 22. I should have reviewed the YELP reviews before giving this thief my hard earned money.

They admitted to charging my auto loan for $400.00, but did not apologize for it. They did not want to refund for prior years. I want to pay the loan off and never use them again...

I took out a Vehicle loan in 2018, I had insurance. This entity was secretly adding Collateral Insurance on the loan balance. I had to use the BBB to get them to subtract their insurance from the loan balance. They did not subtract when they started in 2018. Now they are harassing me for the YELP review, and filing a complaint. My documents have change and they are harassing me. I want to make consumer aware of their Christian practices and what they have paid back since.

Jive Turkey - CHECK THE POUNDS FOR A $100

JIVE TURKEY told me that the FRIED turkey I purchased for $100, would feed 15 people and it was 14 pounds. I purchased the turkey at a POP-UP shop on 332 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn. THAT was a CLUE, the POP-UP shop did not have 15 varieties only 4 and it wasn't the good ones. I tried returning the turkey that was 7.5 lbs instead of 14 lbs. What a RIP OFF and it was not fried all the way... IT was DISGUSTING, poor communication and customer service, just like a FUNERAL PARLOR..I PAID TOO MUCH FOR SO LITTLE. the turkey was no bigger than my HAIR ROLLER AND NO WIDER THAN IT. BE WARE OF CRIMINALS, THEY come in all sizes and taste. HORRIBLE NO THANK YOU FOR THE GIVING.. YOU JIVE TURKEYS....QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.. NOT..AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN.. YOU JUDGE! AND THE TURKEY WAS PLACED IN PLASTIC/WITH ITS SAUCE IN A WHITE BOX WITH A CARRYING HANDLE AND NOT TAPED ON THE BOTTOM SO I HAD SIDE WALK TURKEY CRUST ON THE TURKEY. AND ON THE BOX IN STATED 7.5 lbs. WE NEED TO MAKE BUSINESSES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR RUSHED, POP, AND CARRY OUT. I WILL NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. THE TURKEYS THEY GAVE FOR FREE WAS BIGER THAN WHAT THEY FRIED; THEY ARE PROBABLY GOING TO HAVE A FANTASTIC TAX WRITE OFF, AND CHARGE US MORE FOR THE PURCHASE..WHAT MORALS..

TWU Local 100 - RETALIATION

I WAS ASSAULTED BY MY SUPERVISOR YANICK PILIGRIM ON OCTOBER 4, 2015, AT THE 34TH STREET HUDSON YARD NELSON RIVERA MY UNION REP. HAD KNOWLEDGE AS WELL AS UNION REP MICHAEL HONE WHO IS NOW AN ARBITRATOR. HE ALONG WITH NYC TRANSIT AUTHORITY IS RETALIATING AGAINST ME FOR SPEAKING UP ABOUT THE ASSAULT AND OBTAINING A POLICE REPORT. MICHAEL HONE IS NOW TELING ME HE DO NOT KNOW OF ANY DOCUMENTS CONTAING ASSAULT ON WORKERS. THIS CASE HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE OCTOBER 2015 TO PRESENT. OUR UNION WILL COLLECT AND TAKE YOUR DUES BUT THEY PROTECT THE GUILTY AND WILL NOT FIGHT FOR THE INNOCENT WORKERS. SHAME ON THEM

Metlife Auto And Home Mydirect - TIT FOR TAT

I would not accept MetLife home and auto insurance and they cancelled my life insurance policy and then sent my information to DMV telling them that my vehicle was uninsured. How petty? And metLife's rate was more than the insurance i had on my car, and then they sent my policy payments to a collections agency for payment. AMAZING, corruption at its finest.

Liberty Mutual Insurance - PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT

Liberty Mutual wanted me to pay renters insurance and when I refused they sent the claim to a collection agency, trying to mess up my credit report. My insurance did go up after a BUS hit my vehicle. They stopped sending emails after I would not sign up for direct deposit. Then they changed my auto payment without informing me, now I pay on the 1st of the month because of theirs PETTINESS. I had no liberty and the feeling is MUTUAL, will not use them again. They have poor connections for repairs. I guess i started the commercial ONLY PAY FOR WHAT YOU WANT, amazing. They don't give you the money back after there is no fire and who put this in effect to get over on our customers for higher fees to pay for floods, Natural disasters, theft etc. They charge you enough.

Quick Stop Auto Repair Of New York - CHECK YOUR CAR FOR THE PARTS

Mr Shawn Sookram, was suppose to fix my vehicle and never put in the new parts and wanted to charge me double to fix what he did not fix in the first place. He has a mark up of 120% on parts, and will drive your car around of his leisure. And then he will ask you to take care of him, and he is married with children. When he is confronted he starts to scream, yell and cuss, the words are bigger than him. He will not guarantee your parts under a warranty. Please get an invoice with parts listed and a receipt for payments and i am afraid you are going to have to get a SECOND opinion. He is very money hungry and will take advantage of you especially if you have a Land Rover, he keeps the money in his pockets and do not pay his workers. I smell a labor investigation. Pass this shop on 84-1* 164th street, Jamaica, NY 11432
