Verizon Wireless - Extrenuating circumstances made me unable to pay

First of all their automated system is crap so there is absolutely no way to get to a rep for me. Going through this website though allowed me to get through to them and once I did get through, they were willing to work with me on this. Though I think large part of that is because I have been with them for 11 years. Anyway customer service is top notch. Once you can get through to them that is. It's just getting there is a big hassle.

User's recommendation: If you can't get through the automated system use this website.
