Verizon Wireless - As I am using one handset I never received the another one but the company is charging for two device inspite I am using only one device don’t know how they add second device I lodged many complaints

I asked the executive kindly verify where the second device has been delivered and on which address who has been recieved and by which courier whats the imei but till no update and unusually charging in my account for two device. This is rediculus

User's recommendation: Customer service is very bad keep on hold like for two to three hrs.
