Blast Auxiliary - I am disappointed in the quality of this product, good for working in home with AC but anything outside is a crash, been try to get a refund but was not given order # at time of purchase please help

I ordered this product saw reviews thought I would give it a try ordered 2ea got it, the box has to be literally in your face and air is still as forceful as shown examples. Please I just want a refund on both products on my receipt it has no order number. Have not gotten a response since my last 3 calls. Please assit
