Within the last 72 hours I have not received one trip reservation. I have called Uber support everyday and also scheduled 2 video chats with the Greenlight Hub about this.
I am being treated unfairly as a Uber Pro Gold driver with nearly 4 years of driving for Uber. The lack of no trip reservations at all is taking food out of my mouth as a driver. Each call Uber support confirmed that I am active to receive reservations, however, not one notification, not one trip reservation has come across my screen. My ratings are dropping from this issue that is still not resolved.
My city has events all weekend and I know riders are scheduling reservations to attend these events.
I feel I'm being treated unfairly if my app is not generating any of these requests. I will continue to drive through this month to pay bills, but I am filling out applications daily to move on from being treated like this.
Preferred solution: I would like to be treated fairly.
