Verizon Wireless - Reconnect my service

I cant reconnect at all and customer service never answers the automation is evasive and always says try back later its been two weeks of trying to reconnect and I cannot get my account unsuspended it makes me mad I paid for more gigs of data and the month expired before I could use any of it

User's recommendation: Make it clear if you experience this run around you want compensation.
