Super com - Hotel refused my reservation

snap travel offered the comfort inn suites of Henderson-neveda on their site as a pet friendly hotel.

upon arrival the manager refused me entry advising the hotel is not an animal friendly hotel. the only amenity is sought via snap travel was a pet friendly hotel.

the manager was very rude and complete lacked any hospitality skills; I was forced to leave the hotel and sit outside in 100 degree weather for hours while seeking other accommodations. the manager violated the American with Disabilities act by refusing me service; her behaviors generated an immediate anxiety attack and I could not even verbally defend my position. then I learned she cancelled my reservation, another big mistake!

I may have been able to obtain a dog sitter, however, the manger determined to cancel my reservation without my input and thus denied me my lawful right to use the room I paid for. the manager refused to refund my money.

SNAPTRAVEL was no help, they refuse responsibility for their mistake and they refuse to refund me as well and they blame the manger for the failure to refund my money.
