Ordered A$620 clothes and order was confirmed with estimated 2 weeks delivery. 2.5 weeks later advised supply chain and logistics order meant unable to provide an estimated delivery window. I requested a cancellation and refund but told this was not possible as it was greater than 24hrs from my order. The reason which is the reason they were unable to proceed with my order would have been know at the time and should have been disclosed to allow me to cancel. It's over a month now and still no meaningful progress other than an offer of a 25% discount on a future order. Condescending customer support. No complaint escalation process. Limited access to consumer protections due to the parent companies jurisdiction.
