PLEASE, everyone who visits this site and is unhappy with the Instyler, contact the Better Business Bureau. Let's get this company shut down! I ordered the product on 12/26/10 and after seeing the price they were charging me, immediately (within minutes) called the 800 number on their website to cancel the order. I was directed to call another number, which was invalid. I then sent an email (again within minutes of placing the order) and have received no response other than an email on 12/28/10 indicating the product was shipped. This product is not worth the hassle.
