Verizon Wireless - I want the information that I'm paying for

I've tried calling them on two different numbers, can't be completed as dialed. Obviously no answer. After I gave them my card number they left the screen. I have no way to access them. When I try to fill out app form a second time,, they say my email is already being used. That's cuz I started to apply once already. They left the damn page!! What can I do to get my email into the app? Or bring up the first one.?

User's recommendation: Pass this up!! You will get nothing for your troubles. I've been trying for over two hours and still have nothing.
