Microparts USA - Sent wrong hard drive and demanded return shipping charges is the worst. They sent me the wrong hard drive which is of no use to me. I called them to get an RMA number and prepaid return label. The company rep,"Shaun Williams" whose Indian accent was so thick I had to ask him to repeat himself, refused my request that they pay the return shipping. They already charged me almost $20.00 to ship me the wrong drive in the first place. I asked that he transfer me to a supervisor or shipping department but he refused, saying it was "not allowed." My advice....don't buy anything from
