Verizon Wireless - Return phone recived at verizon never credited my account

Dealing with same situation. Returned phone in early August . They said they received it after first text message saying didn't receive it. Then they said they got it and I didn't shut off find your iPhone properly (walked through it with Verizon tech hotline before I sent it back in there pre paid packaging slip?) Then they said they were able to do it. They advised to give it 2 or 3 months and they would credit my account that was August 2018 .Called yesterday (Jan 10 2019) after realizing they never credited my account the $300 + for return. After explaining to 3 different folks (all very nice) advised no record of receiving it ? Advised would investigate and get back to me in 3 or 5 days. After reading here not looking good. If they do not credit I will cancel and move on to another wireless provider. Just not good business and will never deal with Verizon wireless ever again. I keep the faith they will do the right thing and credit account for there human oversight. Thanks P Drohan
