Facebook - Unfair suspension of my account

11th day now and despite my numerous messages to facebook, even directly to the actual department when the decision to suspend my account was made (security@***.com) they did not respond at all or had at least the audacity to acknowledge receiving my letters. I would feel much better if they tell me what crime have I committed to justify such treatment but no, they behave as if I don't exist or worth answering my messages with simple yes or no.

User's recommendation: Turn away from facebook and look somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer.

The phone number being posted is NOT for Facebook! Facebook does NOT have a phone number you can.

You cannot call anyone at Facebook.

Facebook will not call you. Either the person posting the number thinks they are funny or they are a scammer

It's eighth day today since facebook decided to unfairly suspend my account and despite my numerous messages to them and the sending my IDs to verify my age they still ignore me. I'd to get my account back, it's that simple.

No development whatsoever. I messaged facebook security from my yahoo email yesterday but did not receive any replies just as before.

Facebook seems to be adopting childish behaviour when treating customers in need for help by offering none at all.

User's recommendation: Be extra careful when using facebook as they may suspend your account for the slightest mistake.

It's been 35 days now and despite my numerous messages and letters to facebook they still have not responded at all and my account remains suspended. Can anybody advise or suggest what else I can do to retrieve my account? Thank you all for your good thoughts Sid
