Winn Dixie Stores - Winn Dixie Ripping Off Customers

Just bought groceries at Winn Dixie off Argyle Forest Blvd Jacksonville Florida, got home and noticed that they charged me $20.68 for a whole chicken that was marked at $8.98. I went back to the store spoke with the manager Chris that was on duty.

He was over at the front door telling customers they needed to go in other door. He wasn't even concerned about it. I worked with another cashier to get my money back. I just wonder how many others are getting ripped off by Winn Dixie.

We have been shopping at that store for well over 20 years, but never again. What a joke, peope please check your receipts

Win Dixie in Tampa Racetrack rd. 7 out of 10 the pricing is way off.

If you donโ€™t look at the line items while being rung up, you will get screwed! Itโ€™s so bad, I take pictures of prices when I pick an items to buy.

That's one of the upsides of paying with small bills and only buying a few items. You catch them trying to gyp you when you are keeping close track of how much your total is post to be. And if you have a bunch of small bills then you don't have to worry about them short-changing you like sometimes happens when you pay with big bills.

I ordered two 6X20 AC infinty carbon filters, they were on backorder, no problem. Then the problem comes when the ship the filters, they send two 6X16 carbon filters. I contact them within 20 minutes of delivery, spoke to a guy named Kenny. He tried telling me they only had one size and they were the 6X16 filters. I said not true as i have previous ordered the 6X20 filters. I also directed him to their web page that showed the 6X20 filters and and he told me to send an email to support@***.com with pictures and i did. Kenny then said his manager would be back in a few minutes from lunch and that he would contact me immediately. I didn't hear anything back from anyone. I tried to call a few minutes before they closed and of course could not get any one. I have previously ordered the 6X20 filters from them. I also took a screenshot of the web page that i ordered from, guess what the changed the listing right after i called but failed to call me back. As I said I have previously ordered and had no issue, but now Kenny says they only have one size carbon filters the 6X16 not 6X20. I guess they take it that I'm stupid, I'm glad I got a screenshot of the Web page before I told them. Like I said they changed it immediately. I truly thought I was dealing with a reputable company as I have bought several things from them, but now they try the bait and switch routine. Definitely not a happy customer.

I made a purchase on google express, they sent me a defective item. I contacted them and received a rma, shipped item back on 28th December, the item was delivered to them on January 7th, i contactd them this morning to see why its showing awaiting return. The said it will take several days to show the item received and once they show item received it will take another 10 days to get my refund. Basically google express is playing games with peoples money. Heads up folks, go with a real company that works for their customes. Like i said they received the item on January 7th but still show awaiting item, what a joke of a service. I gave google express a chance but no more.

Here it is the 12th of January 2019 and they still have no idea what's going on or where my return is. UPS shows they delivered it back to them on the 7th of January.

What a joke of a service. Should have done my research before purchasing from them. It will never happen again.

I have learnt my lesson and will only purchase from a reputable company like Amazon. WHAT A JOKE!!!
