Hyundai Motor America - CUSTOMER SERVICE SCREWED UP

Bought a new vehicle in December and never received an invoice, phone call or anything to make payments. Didn't even have an account number. After 4 months of repeated phones to them, I was finally able to set up an account and make a payment. They set up the wrong info when they originally set up my account in January, so I never received any info, but then they reported me missing 2 payments on my credit. I was in the middle of buying a house and the lower credit score made e lose the loan and house.
