Verizon Wireless - I cannot get any novice CS person to understand the Verizon feature that has been there for 30+ years

Cannot get an answer to a Verizon feature that used to work for the last 30 years! AND I DO NOT WANT TO DO A CHAT, or TEXT MSG, I want a senior tech person that knows what I am taking about. And I don't want to email back and forth either..
