Isings Culligan - Horrible water and service

Started water delivery with them in 5/2018 and they initially brought tap water which tasted like lead. Called in and requested spring water which we normally enjoyed from our previous vendor. We started having delivery problems and we received no water but still being charged on our credit card. Cancelled service on 9/11/18 and still no water and still being charged and receiving statements. Called in 3 times and the lady there did not acknowledge cancellation. I wrote letter on 11/12/18 to document cancellation and mailed the letter twice. Credit card still being charged and no water delivery. Talked to a lady name Teresa and she finally acknowledge the letter and offered to change delivery time to 9-10:30am and first delivery today on 1/3/19 and no water or driver showed up. I talked to Danielle today and she said the delivery is actually for 1/10/19. I just want them to stop our service and stop charging our credit card.
