PODS - UNRELIABLE

Received an email with a pick-up time of 7:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. I called at 12:30 p.m. because they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and advised they had a truck issue and would now be picking up at 2:00 p.m. Its now 2:56 p.m. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN as no one calls the customer and was advised they didn't have a time to give me. I requested to speak to a Manager or Supervisor and apparently NONE Exist with PODS. Last time I am using them for any of my needs. They have no customer service ethics.

User's recommendation: USE SOMEONE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

An apology and a credit to both my pods. I ordered two pods and one was picked up as scheduled the other still sitting at the property and a day lost of work.
