Hunter Ireland - Not receiving goods purchased.

I purchased 1 pair of hunter wellingtons and paid for 116 euro on the 26/12/2021 as of today I haven't received same. I never got a tracking number. Made contact with them several times but got no satisfaction. By mid April I asked for a full refund but was told they could only refund me 40% they spoke of the cost of transport of the wellingtons being the reason why they could not refund me the whole amount. I appealed further to be told they could refund me 50% and no more.

User's recommendation: Have nothing to do with this company.
