Sony - Bar or not available customer services

I have downloaded the User's Guide of my SONY DVD recorderVRD-MC10 but there is not telephone number, Email or Mail address to make further questions. This company SONY does not provide any consumer support, their telephones malfunction and their employees are insolent. SONY has a bad reputation from his clients. I do not expect to buy anymore SONY products and they are such beasts who do not care at all.DO NOT BUY SONY PRODUCTS

Amazon - This company refuses to print a negative review.

I could buy a printer for half a price in eBay but Amazon.com refused to list my complaint so prospective customers will not know that Amazon.com charges double price.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from Amazon.com.

Sarges Deli - Credit card surcharge

I was chargedDo not patronize this restaurant a credit card surcharge but I was not told that they do not pay to the credit card company. The manager expelled me because I complained.

Toshiba abuses their clients

Hewlett Packard - Hewlett-Packard is avaricious and fraudulent

I bought an HP Tablet by telephone. The salesman offered a 10% but he never confirmed it. I had to call many times for a customer service lady to give me a credit of $14.00 for a product that cost me $149.99, that is I was still robbed 99 cents. A supervisor told me that I had to Google to know how the operation sustem of the tablet worked and i could not send emails with that tablet. I learned later that the user guide of the tablet could be downloaded online and the tablet effectively can send emails. In order to diwnload the guide the design of the HP Website does not work entering the model of the tablet but must be selected by type of product. The company is so avaricious that cannot spend money improving their Website.

Bad service by American Airlines

This is to report an incident on flight AA1148 from Dallas to New York-La Guardia on Friday August 22, 2014. We were descending from the aircraft at La Guardia so I asked the attendant if I could speak to the pilot. She said yes, he was still seated in the cockpit. I asked him why he did not give the location of the aircraft during the trip, and if it would cost so much money to the company. He thought and said that it was his choice (so he could have reported the location of the aircraft if he wanted). I replied to him that we were not any cattle and my choice was not to travel anymore with American Airlines. He was furious, step up and threatened to attack me so I left quickly the parked aircraft. What way to treat a customer was that? How can you be so avaricious that we were not given even a little bag with peanuts or candies? It would cost you only 20 cents but it is very “petty” from your company not to give anything to the customers. A passenger complained that she could not even get a blanket. The three attendants were not properly groomed and looked like three witches. One of them was rude to me. There was not any manager of the crew on the flight. Your employees allowed passengers to carry on luggage exceeding the allowed size so there was a great problem to accommodate the entire luggage on the cabin. How do you hire employees so mean that they look like having grown in huts? I commented about the incident with your pilot to many people and all agreed with me that was not an acceptable behavior from him. Your company lacks customer relationship skills. I will not travel anymore with American Airlines to Europe and South America under any point of view. I traveled many times to Argentina and the service of American Airlines was not good. I can travel with LAN Chile better and cheaper. Recently I traveled to London with British Airways and I was treated with politeness. We were given small kits with a toothbrush and dental paste that I did not need but it was a “gesture” of caring for the customers. Regarding traveling in USA maybe will be better to fly on Air Canada to Toronto and from there back to USA or combining with car, bus or train even though it might be more expensive but at least I would be happy.

British Airways does not answer any telephone

I am trying to get in touch with British Airways for almost one week but nobody answers the telephone to buy tickets, to change tickets, to find lost luggage, to make inquiries, NOBODY, NOBODY answers the telephone. Some time ago I called to the sales department and NOBODY answered after half an hours, they do not even want to sell tickets. This company is completely decadent and backwards. I am afraid to travel with them. British Airways has a VERY BAD customer services. They are rude, unpolite, real arrogant BASTARDS. Even the telephone for people with disabilities does not work. Their Customer Services are completely unaware why their telephone do not answer.

Hotels Com - Hotels.com does not publish bad reviews of hotels from disgusted consumers

This company lists hotel reviews from customers but refuses to list some adverse reviews. This constitutes a serious fraud because they provide misleading information on their customer reviews of the hotels that Hotels.com advertises and represents. I submitted two reviews that they did not published. They say to reserve the right to edit those reviews but they never told me what were the words that offended them. How in *** can I criticize the hotel were I stayed if they do not explain their objection? I consider their arbitrary judgment of customer opinions to be a MISREPRESENTATION and censorship to hide the real opinion of the clients. Hotels.com makes a deceptive impression of the consumer reviews, many reviews are old and the hotel conditions changed in the last years. Consumers pay a fee to hotels.com but instead of working for its client this company works to protect the interests of the hotels. I do not like to be taken and that is why I post this complaint.

personal information or personal attack.

My review contained none of the information mentioned so I wrote an even more generic review with no emotion and it still was not published.

Right On My Friend! When I listen to the radio, I hate having to listening to the censored versions of songs.

When I hear Dire Straights "Money For Nothing", I want to hear the original version even though I am transgender with real pretty hair and people often derogatorily call me the "F" word. When I hear Tom Petty's "You Don't Know How It Feels To Be Me" I wanna hear his original version where he says 'Let's roll another joint" not the censored version that says "let's Hit Another Joint".
