Self Checkout Falsely Accused Theft

Walmart #1622250
People really need to read the replies that the OP left. She claimed to have a total of seven items unscanned and had admitted to doing this before. If she is going to use her toddler to try and get out of "forgetting" to scan items she deserves to be treated like dirt. As others stated she should be glad her child is not being taken from her. They probably have yet to prove that she is only claiming that her daughter is a distraction. She has even admitted to losing her on several occasions.

Not to mention if you are going to correct someone and tell them how to do their job you deserve to have a snide remark made at you. Next time bring a parent to the store with you so that they can make sure that you behave yourself.

No and rude are not the same thing. They cannot just have anyone pick up someone else's package over a phone call. Think. It could be anyone and not the customer that made the call. An for crying out loud grow up. Just because someone says no to you does not make them rude.

I suggest that you work on your grammar before calling people idiots. Sentences begin with a capital letter and end with a period. No need to call people idiots when you do not even have simple rules of first grade grammar.

While I agree with your response why are you blaming her for her behavior? Obviously she was not raised right.Obviously mommy never taught her right from wrong which is why she is basically trying to scam them

While it may be simple mistake this really caused a lot of stress for my family. I was so angry about all of this that when my grandaughter visited my house and spilled her milk I slapped her several times and told her that she was stupid and that I wished she was never born. When she went home she told her parents all about it and they came to me and started yelling at me. My own daughter turned against me and would no listen to the reason that I slapped my granddaughter. She and her husband told me that I am not allowed unsupervised visits with her or her sister. Well I think it was maybe her older sister who told their parents what happened. She told me to calm down and I told her to shut up or I would do the same to her. As you can see their little mistake caused a lot of stress. Someone really needs to respond to this. They need to not only apologize to me, for their actions making me hit my granddaughter but both my granddaughters as well because they made me so angry that I lost my temper and took it out on them. Besides if my stupid granddaughter was more careful and did not spill her milk I would not have had to slap her.

If you knew how to read you would see that in your contract or membership forms that it states that they check for the card at the store and can refuse entry if you do not provide it. Maybe mommy could have helped you sound out all the hard words? Little boy, imagine this okay. You did not have to show your card and you left it at home. You spend an hour shopping for everything you want, get to the checkouts spend more time there only to be told that you cannot check out. Imagine all that time wasted. Think before you post little boy.

Sigh here we go again mistaking being told you cannot do something as rude. If you don't bring your membership card you have to leave the store. Nothing rude about that. Grow up. Just because you do not get your way does not mean you were treated rudely. When you did not leave they should have called the police on you. Do you even know how to use your brain? If you went and picked up your items you would not be able to cash out since you forgot your card. Also I was not aware that they sold memberships to three year olds. You are three right, and not just some adult acting like three year old? Once you pushed past her she has every right to use reasonable force to defend you. She handled it well, while I do not work for Costco, if that had been me I would have called security and had you escorted out in handcuffs and pressed assault charges on you. This person DID not get terrible service. They were violent and rude and needed to be put in their place. I hope neither of you have children. You would probably physically and verbally abuse them.

It is the OP that is entitled. If he or she really did shove the card in the face and swear at them they have every right to call security on him or her and to ban them from the store without giving money back for their membership. They are lucky not to be charged with assault.

Mistreat the Customer!!!

Walmart #1621480
Agrees, and why ASSume With capital SS as everyone puts it just because she was caught in a lie. She keeps changing and twisting her story around so we do not know what is true and what is not She keeps lying so we do not know what is true and what is not. I don't know if someone is pretending to be her or is she is just claiming this because she is embarrassed she was caught lying but he is playing the victim here when she is just as bad as everyone else, if not worse since she does not have the maturity to admit to her own harassment and cyberbullying.

I think that the people that the OP is arguing with is more mature than the OP. They are mature enough that they were doing the harassing, but the OP who also harassed others has yet to admit and apologize for harassing. Shame on her for being so childish. The OP will not apologize, but I apologize to all those that the OP harassed. You do not deserve that. Have a great new year. To the OP, the new year is coming up. Maybe you can change your ways by admitting to your faults. At least admit that you too are harassing and made several false claims such as 1. Anonymous worked for Walmart. 2. Anonymous and others are the same person. Face it you are in the wrong here. MORE THAN ONE PERSON IS TELLING YOU THIS. In other words try to improve yourself in the future by growing up a little Thanks.

Too Little Potato Wedges

Jack in the Box #1621475
LIAR From the pictures you can tell that the box is MORE than half full. Also if you are expecting 6-7 ounces and only get four you are getting MORE than half full. If you are going to lie at least take some wedges out before taking the picture. I am glad that Alex refused to give you more. The world does not revolve around you. Why should he care if you complain they are told how much to serve and once they see your pictures and your estimates they will know that you are a liar. Just because others gave you more than you are entitled to does not mean everyone should. They should never have given you more. It turned you into greedy pig with entitlement issues. Taking a scale shows how pathetic you are. Cannot afford to order more cook at home or visit a soup kitchen. It is you trying to cheat them, you were successful in the past and are not taking advantage of their kindness. Shame on you? DId your parents not teach you better?

You have zero idea what you're talking about. I don't lie & I don't cheat. You don't know squat about me and are just wrong to say what you do. I took both pictures & put them side by side to show how much variance there is between two orders of the same item. I'll admit that one is a bit more than 6-7 oz, but that was what they put in the box. The other is clearly much less and did NOT rise above the bottom half of the box. If they gave you 1/2 a burger, you'd complain too. I could afford to buy tall the wedges I want, but they should be reasonably consistent.

If you knew how to read you would know that Kevin Richards is NOT stating that he is a perfect writer. He is just saying that people should not bash other people for their English when theirs is not perfect. You are right not everyone is good at punctuation, however if x-employee is going to say other people's English is poor he should at least work on his punctuation. Also just like x-employee has the right to freedom of speech so does Kevin Richards.

If the kids were a problem and they refused to change your room why did you stay anyway? If you had no issue staying in the room, you should have no issue paying for your stay. If you cannot afford a hotel room go sleep in a cardboard box or bus shelter if it is too cold. You either leave and get a refund or you stay and pay. You cannot stay and get a refund. I hope you do not get your money back.

Will not allow children under the age of 13 to workout...

Planet Fitness #1620620
Maybe instead of getting angry at the school you should get angry at your son for disobeying you ad eating these fatty foods. This is not discrimination you idiot. There are age restrictions for safety. We all know your son does not know how to listen and follow rules. If your son got hurt because the equipment is not meant for kids you would sue. As for you son buying things you told him not to buy that is his fault not the school's. After all he is 11 not 5. There are probably a lot of gym programs for kids.

Frustrated or not I can guarantee that if your child got hurt you would sue. There is a reason that they do not allow those under the age of 13 to use their equipment that is made for ADULTS.

I might agree with you, but anyone getting hurt there... 10, 13, 15, 16, etc.. would still end up on a lawsuit... What's the difference? My only guess, it's that their insurance policy only covers liability for those over 13.

You truly are a fool first you mistake no as rude. Second, how can you not notice you forgot your drinks? They don't serve it with your food and partly it is your fault. How stupid are you to not notice you did not get your drinks. If it was a food item I can understand since it would be in a bag, but drinks which are handed separately?

Why would you even use words like stupid and if you read the complaint it was made against the rude guy who waited on us. There is never a reason to call people stupid unless you have a very low IQ and a very limited vocabulary. Thanks for your opinion though everyone has one, it's better to stick to the issue of the complaint.
