GHP Group - Actually pretty helpful
I've some problems with my stove (I'm on my third stove - usually running two at a time) but GHP reps have always been actually really helpful. I'm a pretty handy chick when left to my own devices, but GHP reps have always given me pointers on what I need to do to solve a problem while waiting for replacement parts (it's my only heat source so I need this thing working!). I was deafened the last week because the convection blower was out of whack and they are sending me parts and told me how to quiet the stove in the meantime - totally worked! I'm warm and most replacement parts that are out of stock can be ordered by styovepartsunlimited in wyoming if you take the part out and compare pictures. Overall - super happy with GPH customer service - 6 years with them and plan on staying.
