Expedia So Call Called Customer Service Is a Joke
They along with Hertz Rent a Car charge me twice for the same car. And even though I did not use either of the reservations they charged for both.
They did issue one refund but not the second one.
I spoke with at least 8 customer service people but they all just said the same thing and refused to help.i sent them pictures of my bank statement showing the duplicate transactions. I also sent them a picture showing only one
refund.
I am beyond pissed. They ruined my vacation time with my family because for at least
8 days in a row I wasted time calling them every morning. My sister ended giving me the money because she got tired of watching my frustration.
I started communicating with them on September 5th.
Today is the 16th and I still dont have my money. I think my next step will be filings the complaint with my bank
