Lithia Hyundai Of Reno - Unsatisfied
I purchased a vehicle from leap year Hyundai Reno November 7th 2018. I had received the car on the 7th my dealer representative had gave me the keys he had to leave I got in the vehicle it was dirty and it was no gas so it kind of put it all the way to the gas station. I noticed maybe after I parked it the car made a small noise eye contact a dealership and let them know that there was like a vibration on my way driving home and the car hesitate it. Two weeks later the car check engine light came on and now the car hesitates when you drive it I have gone to the actual dealership to get service and I was told someone will be with me and I waited over an hour and was late for work I went to get the car cleaned or detailed and there was marijuana found under the seats so which means the car was never cleaned by the dealer I called in to complain about the situation and I still yet to have gotten any help. I contacted my finance company and was told to contact another lithia because I have a 60 day contract ask for service and eye contact with you Subaru and I was told that they only a specialized in Subaru so my car was still have to go back to the previous dealership. I've called my actual dealership and requested to speak to the service manager I'm unable to get a hold to the service manager I've left a message. I am unsatisfied with the service and I am here last making a payment on a car that is not accessible to me and my family I would like to know what I need to do from this point forward. At this point I don't want to do service with the company and I would like to take the car back and I will go elsewhere with better service and a more reliable vehicle.
