Verified ReviewerChic Me - BEWARE UNSANITARY USED UNDERGARMENTS! Poor quality, poor customer service response, poor problem resolution, delayed delivery, UNSANITARY/USED undergarments!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ONLINE SITES: 1. “CHIC ME” https://***/ (Reason: poor quality products, poor Customer service, poor communication, Long and delayed delivery (26-30 days), Poor return process, false advertising, Dirty/unsanitary/pre-worn clothing and Undergarments
There were no hygiene protection stickers or certified sanitary tags that came with either pieces of undergarment in this order (SKU#HM5007-R ; SKU #ODF0005-PI)
What is worse, is that i can also see through the adhesive secured plastic bag that there were not only loose, dangly threads on both pieces of langerie, but there was actually a dark (lubrication-like) STAIN on the front of the red under garment right near the crotch area. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of quality, cleanliness, and public safety concern from this company, particularly, as it relates to the lingerie you sell to customers

After multiple documented and verified attempts to communicate my immediate order cancellation request and concerns to Chicme customer service via email and online website/ticket submission, I was told that my chicme order could not be cancelled since it was already processed, and I would need a to wait for the product to arrive in order to return and be refunded- Which brings me to today..26 days after my order submission and cancellatiom/refund requeat.
Only part of my order finally arrived yesterday 4/10/22 (26 days after original order date), and as unfortunately expected, 3 of the same Dresss were included in the package that i told customer service was a systematic error and only intended to order 1.
Upon opening the package on arrival, I left all items in packaging for return, with the exception of one bodycon dress in order to entertain the idea of the appearance of the dress on.
The 3XL fit was fine for my size (caucasion, 36yrs, 58, 220lbs); however, I did not like the general appearance/style of the dress once I saw it on myself and felt that the large gold patterns were very unflattering in my personal opinion. Furthermore, I noticed there were no hygiene protection stickers or certified sanitary tags that came with either pieces of undergarment in this order.What is worse, is that there were not only loose, dangly threads on both pieces of langerie, but there was actually a dark (lubrication-like) STAIN on the front of the red under garment right near the crotch area.
I am absolutely appalled at the lack of quality, cleanliness, and public safety concern from this company, particularly, as it relates to the lingerie you sell to customers and Chicme needs to be reported regarding their distribution practices immediately.
