GHP Group - Defective blower

Customer service is poor at best. Long wait for phone help. Have to send in a paper receipt for product before any replacement or refund in this day & age of computers?!! They already have the info, but want your paper receipt first! What a crock & bad business model! D-- at best! Wtf
