According to DVDland return policy, they do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the DVDs are manufactured faulty. In these extremely rare situations, the manufacturer will inspect the faulty DVD before approving a replacement. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. According to the Clash of Clans Player Support , when making a purchase with gems, you will always be notified, and asked to proceed before spending any actual gems. Because the game is a live, online multiplayer game, reversing changes would have adverse effects on other players you've interacted with. As the company can’t turn back someone’s progress in the game, or remove features, providing a gem refund would provide your village with something for free, which Supercell sees as unfair to other Clashers who earned the same item or upgrade through their own gems or gameplay.
