Simonmed Imaging - No Tech Availabe
In Casa Grande location I was scheduled for imaging Mar 14. A call the night before said there was no tech available.
Rescheduled for Mar 24. Received a message the morning of; No tech available. Rescheduled again for Apr 7. Received a confirmation email.
I went inside and was told the tech was helping in another room and couldn't do my imaging. They said they tried to call me, but I received none. Also, my father had a scan scheduled last year and was told upon arrival there was no tech available. So had to reschedule.
This is unacceptable to be treated this way.
A lot of people are frightened by possible bad news and SMI needs to support them, not make their anxiety worse.
Whatever the reasons are for such bad service, management needs to fix it. I will not return.

User's recommendation: don't use simonmed casa grande, find other imaging options
