Athenix Body Sculpting Institute - Still waiting for my return

I had a consultation at the Pasadena Athenix location on September 20, 2018. At that time they gave me prices, but the manager said I needed to leave a deposit of 2,000 to have a consultation with the doctor. I went ahead and left my deposit and got promised that my money would be returned if I decided not to do it after all. I called a week later to cancel the consultation, and so far it’s been over 2 months and my money has not been returned. I have called the Pasadena location many times and nobody seems to take charge of this problem. It’s been such a headache trying to get anyone to help, they are just giving me the run around. Wtf
