Mirror Essentials - August 2018 received return req #..then nothing..

I've emailed.. but receive the same email response that I will receive a return authorization in 24 to 48 hours. I am told their computers are down. Their advertised phone number busy 24/7. 4 months later I am still requesting refund,of a $64.92 order..to no avail.
