I had an MRI done December 28, 2021; made a payment towards co pay $250-received EOB I owe nothing. I have called every month at least 2x's a month. Names, dates and times taken down-still no refund-said they haven't gotten paid by the insurance company....

To date still nothing. No response from messages and calls go nowhere.
